Apple iPad A16 | 128 GB | Wi-Fi Only | Blue | MD4A4HN/A | NM

Most of you would know that I bought myself the M3 iPad Air when it came out last year to replace my M2 iPad Pro, and I’ve absolutely loved it as it complements what I do within the Apple ecosystem well.

I can start something on my MacBook and continue it on my iPad and vice versa, and it’s been great having it over the last couple of months.

It’s not to say that the M2 iPad Pro couldn’t do that, it’s just that I realised I didn’t need such a powerful iPad in the Pro.

That’s why I got the iPad Air and made a pretty decent amount in selling off the iPad Pro.

That being said, many would now also question my decision to buy the iPad A16 about 2 weeks ago.

But let me tell you why I did it, and why I have no absolutely no regrets!

It’s just a damn good tablet for an entry-level model

I was probably one of the many who were anticipating Apple announcing the 12th-generation iPad which was expected to be announced at the start of the month.

This rumoured entry-level iPad was supposed to come upgraded with either the A18 chip or the A19 chip to replace the A16 in the current 11th-generation model.

But that announcement didn’t, which isn’t to say that it won’t happen within this year.

Either way, because it didn’t happen, I then decided to get the current 11th-generation iPad A16.

What’s going to happen to my M3 iPad Air?

Well, that’s going to my wife now as she’s been needing an upgrade for her very well-aged iPad mini 5 (which uses the very old and now sluggish, A12 chip) which will be used as an entertainment device for our 5-year old whenever needed.
